These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your booking of any newborn, milestone, baptism, or family photography session with Snowfox Studios ("Snowfox," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing this website or booking a session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a booking.
Snowfox Studios provides fine-art newborn, milestone, baptism/holy communion, pre-baptism, and family photography sessions, along with printed albums and magazines, at our studio in Kannur, Kerala, and at select on-location venues. Package inclusions, pricing, and session durations are shared with clients at the time of enquiry or booking and may vary by session type.
A session is confirmed only after a booking form is submitted and the required advance/retainer amount is received. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change, but any package already booked and paid for will honor the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
We understand that newborn sessions often need flexibility around the baby's health, feeding schedule, and comfort. Clients may reschedule a session with reasonable advance notice at no extra charge, subject to studio availability. Advance/retainer payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted towards a rescheduled date within a reasonable period. Cancellations made without rescheduling will forfeit the advance payment already made.
The safety and comfort of your baby is our highest priority during every session. Parents or a guardian must remain present throughout the entire newborn session. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations relevant to the baby or other family members participating in the session, so that our team can plan accordingly.
Edited images are typically delivered within the timeframe communicated at booking. All images are professionally edited and color-graded to match the Snowfox fine-art style; we do not provide unedited or raw files as part of our packages. Additional edits, re-touches, or extra images beyond the agreed package may be available at an additional cost.
Snowfox Studios retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs captured during a session. Clients are granted a personal-use license to print, share, and display their delivered images for non-commercial, personal purposes. Snowfox Studios may use session images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Albums, magazines, and printed products are custom-produced on order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving album designs before final print production commences.
While we take every precaution to safeguard captured images, Snowfox Studios shall not be held liable for loss or damage of images due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, data corruption, or events of force majeure. Our total liability in any such circumstance is limited to a reshoot where reasonably possible, or a refund of the amount paid for the affected session.
All content on this website, including images, text, and design elements, is the property of Snowfox Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent. Any enquiry or contact form submitted through this website is used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.
Snowfox Studios reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kannur, Kerala.
